Gautam Adani is an Indian businessman. He is the chairman of the Adani Group, a leading trading and export company of India. On November 16, 2007, Forbes magazine announced that Adani was the 13th richest person in India with a personal wealth of US$6.7 billion, making him the first billionaire from the city of Ahmedabad.
